2. Service Description

EA Strategy Builder provides a platform for creating, backtesting, and exporting automated trading strategies (Expert Advisors) for MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5 platforms.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

4. User Responsibilities

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Not interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Not use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Not reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Service
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by EA Strategy Builder. You retain ownership of the trading strategies you create.

6. Payment and Subscriptions

Access to certain features requires payment of subscription fees. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Trading forex and CFDs involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance does not guarantee future results. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EA Strategy Builder from any claims arising out of your use of the Service.

9. Modifications to Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which EA Strategy Builder operates.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
